Overview
This project was built to simplify a repetitive part of content production: taking a raw video, formatting it correctly for Instagram, adding a visual frame, and exporting a polished result ready for publishing.
Problem
Preparing social media videos manually usually means adjusting aspect ratios, aligning composition, adding visual structure, and exporting multiple versions before the content feels ready. That process takes time and creates unnecessary friction in content production.
Goal
The goal was to create a lightweight tool that reduces repetitive editing work while keeping the final output visually clean and suitable for Instagram publishing.
Approach
I focused on a simple upload-based workflow: the user uploads a video, the tool detects the best usable format, applies a styled frame, and prepares an export-ready result through FFmpeg-powered processing. The priority was usability, speed, and consistency.
Outcome
The tool turned a repetitive manual process into a faster workflow and reduced video preparation time by around 70% in personal use. More importantly, it demonstrated how a small internal tool can solve a real content production problem.
What This Project Shows
This case study reflects a product-thinking approach: identifying a real workflow bottleneck, designing a simple solution, and using technology to improve execution speed in a marketing-related process.
